Thanks to its CNC machines supported by the latest generation CAD / CAM softwares, BFR Group is able to create a wide range of components and mechanical parts, with dimensions up to 4,000 mm in diameter and lengths up to 14,000 mm. The continuous innovation in the processes and a high specialization allow the Group to be highly flexible, to better meet the needs of its customers.

Boring Milling

BFR Group carries out boring and milling operations on mechanical components of any dimension, thanks to the expertise acquired over the years, thanks to our cutting-edge machinery fleet and thanks to the dedication and meticulousness with which we carry out our work every day.

Turning

The quality of the processing of every single component, combined with a large intellectual property, allows us to guarantee reliability and safety. Turning is performed with modern CNC lathes (numerical control), capable of creating a wide range of components starting from specific drawings and sample prototypes.

Assembly

BFR Group dispose of an equipped department of over 2000 square meters and qualified staff for the assembly of the components, following the specifications indicated by the customer with the utmost care and attention.

Carpentry

Medium-heavy carpentry machining, which BFR Meccanica performs inside its own workshops, is considered the main facility for subsequent mechanical machining (turning, milling, drilling, etc.).

Testing

The working cycle ends inside the testing department: the finished products are tested before the final delivery. A staff of dedicated technicians checks all the products through dimensional testing and final tests, in order to deliver the best product to the customer.

In order to cope with work peaks and provide customers with the product with any type of required finish, we benefit of a network of trusted collaborators: companies which are specialized in engineering, carpentry, assembly and industrial automation.
